The fir’s decoration, an evergreen tree that stays alive during the winter hibernation, was done on the winter solstice, which for them fell just the 25th of December.

TEMPTATION OF IMMORTALITY

Capsula Mundi keeps on travelling around the world. This time we have been invited to be part of the Przemiany Festival, 1-4 September at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland. It’s an annual event which combines art, science and philosophy with the aim to discuss in a transdisciplinary way about how scientific and technological advances change our everyday life and future.

Our crowdfunding campaign is ended and unfortunately we didn’t reach the goal. Capsula Mundi is a challenging project about a difficult matter, as death and burial, and the success wasn’t given. This campaign has been anyway a great experience for us.
